Flemming founded Inveni with a clear conviction: the hospitality, leisure, and travel sectors deserve a search firm dedicated entirely to the needs of the sector. His career spans senior leadership roles within the industry and more than 20 years in executive search. He brings deep sector expertise, an extensive personal network, and an unwavering commitment to serving his clients. His work covers all asset classes, appointing leaders for global brands across EMEA and APAC, as well as for entrepreneurial, fast‑growing businesses throughout the UK and Europe.
A father of two daughters and married to Ruth, Flemming is a strong advocate for inclusive hiring, diverse leadership teams, and balanced boards — fully aware that the journey towards true equity has only just begun.
